Beautiful hotel with great service. We loved the architecture, the restaurants and the pools. The room was beautiful and the minibar was amazing.
We were there the week they re-opened and it was really nice because it was not as busy as usual. They made adjustments to follow the social distancing guidelines which helped us feel comfortable and safe.
We loved the entertainment and the shops. We had no need to go anywhere else, we stayed at the hotel the whole time because it has the best of Vegas.

Huntington Beach, California 2 contributions. Dirty room with broken items bad check-in experience staff rude about mask wearing. We stayed for 2 nights in a penthouse suite marked down for COVID an air filter in a bathroom was caked in dust we called and asked for it to be cleaned, it never was.
A TV in one of the bathrooms did not work. The casino staff is rude about mask wearing, restaurants are closed with no advanced warning about it, resort fees are charged for items hardly any person with a cell phone use "resort fees" - unlimited high speed and wireless Internet access, unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls, access to the Fitness Center and complimentary printing of boarding pass we drove why do we need to pay for a boarding pass?
The mobile check in process to have a room key on your phone is virtually useless if you want physical keys you have to go through normal check in takes forever with COVID.
The rooms were discounted but still way over priced as Vegas is literally shut down no shows, no bars open, no clubs open, streets deserted, businesses closed.
The Bellagio should bend over backwards to incentivize you to come and stay instead they take advantage of you, provide scaled down services and are rude.
They should offer vouchers to come back and stay. Date of stay: June Value. Room Tip: Check your room first before just accepting what they give you.

The Bellagio is beautiful but if you expect to be treated well for booking a penthouse suite then you will be disappointed.
We originally booked a two bedroom tower suite but upgraded to a what I thought was a two bedroom penthouse suite with a fountain view but apparently got a 1 bedroom penthouse suite with a connecting tower suite room with a fountain view.
Anyway, the upgrade was of course extra. There is currently no Chairman's lounge available as it is being used for corona virus emt cases and the VIP lounge is not available because we only have "one" penthouse suite.
Anyway, we were given an optional smoking room that I did not even know existed I thought all hotel rooms are non-smoking room nowadays and I was not asked if I wanted to be in one and everytime someone nearby smokes our penthouse living room smells like cigarette smoke.
We have 2 children with us and both of us do not smoke. Also, I asked for extra amenities such as the mask bag that they nicely provided bag with mask, hand sanitizer, stylus, etc so that each one of us can have one along with some other items and they obviously were not listening because they gave me extras of items that I did not ask for and none of the items that I did ask for.
I also question how well the room was cleaned as one of the trash cans contained 2 used masks that were not ours upon check in.
Date of stay: July Location. Room Tip: Fountain view rooms are great but the fountain shows are noisy.
Allen wrote a review Jun Underwhelmed and Poor Service. We were excited to go because the room offers were amazing and we were staying at the Bellagio!
Wow, beautiful hotel upon entry. Self check in was nice. Made us feel they really cared about the crisis and keeping everything clean and contact to a minimum.
Hotel main floor is gorgeous! Step in to the elevator which most people were respectful to give distance in or take another elevator. Then we stepped off the elevator and then the down turn began.
The hallway seemed dated and had a stale smell. We began to walk down the hall and saw seals on the doors and were impressed because it showed the room had been cleaned and sanitized No big deal maybe an oversite.
Walk in to our room wich looked nothing more fancy then a holiday inn. AS well water rings where on the nightstand and dresser area.
Hair was in the bathtub so we proceeded to walk back down stairs to the front desk. The lady at the front desk didn't seem very welcoming but listened to us as we asked for someone to clean our room not wanting to cause friction.
She just placed us in a new room so we gathered our stuff and went to the new room. It was no different then our last room.
No seal on the door, seal broken on mini bar but at least the room was clean. So i called down to the front office for a clarification to see if it rolled over as i thought it would.
It did not. It was a use it or lose it each day. Kinda bummed not knowing it was use it or lose it each day so we order a bunch of booze and some food to the room to use that days limit.
Not terribly upset because maybe I misread the fine print. Little misleading when we booked but not the end of the world.
Visit goes okay, staff was meh. They were not welcoming but just were more of the "I'm just here" mentality. The pool staff was friendly but service was slow.
I can write that off as understaffed during this time. The room overall during the visit isn't anything special.
Dated furniture with generic finishings. The bed wasn't comfortable, pillows way to soft and the room never truly cooled off.
Holiday inn in the middle of nowhere has better room quality then here. My biggest beef is at check out.
Thank goodness iI always checkout in person at the front desk. I then pull out my booking confirmation I printed off to prove it.
She appeared to reluctantly take off the charges. I felt lied to during my entire stay after that. I will not stay here ever again.
It has a great location but the service and room doesn't live up to the "Bellagio" allure. I have stayed at other MGM properties and have been treated amazingly.
Won't be back here and I advise other to stay somewhere else where they treat you better and have better rooms.
There is no value here no matter the price or incentives. Thank you for sharing your valued feedback regarding your visit to our resort on TripAdvisor.
We are disheartened to learn about the cleanliness oversights you encountered and for your disappointments with our guestrooms.

Thank you again, and we hope you will consider visiting us in the future. Sincerely, Guest Experience. Previous Next 1 2 3 4 5 6 … Chief asked a question Jun Cherry Hill, New Jersey 1 contribution.
